Registered services are checked regularly and their status is indicated here.
A redirection service is provided (currently only for Panda monitor); if you use the
redirection link you'll be routed to the current best instance of the monitor based
on server status, ranking, etc. (the first one on this list).
Server status is indicated as running (healthy based on successful page retrieval), online (accessible but not validated as healthy), or offline (not accessible). Servers are listed in order of preference.
